Tips for Working and Learning from Home

As more and more states are mandating stay-at-home orders, an unprecedented amount of us are social distancing and working from home, learning from home, or helping our young children learn from home. As we adjust to this new norm for the next few weeks and figure out how to make it all work, here are a few tips C2G employees have been sharing with each other to help in this new transition:

1. Set up a Designated Work or Learning Space

By establishing a designated work / learning space in the home, we can better maintain focus on projects and lessons that need accomplished.

2. Set Work / Learning Hours

Set up a schedule for yourself and/or your children. By assigning order to our day and maintaining a schedule we can find some normalcy that we are used to and help reduce stress.

3. Stay Active

Feeling cooped up inside is no fun for us and/or our children. Fun activities keeping some of us C2G employees sane are daily walks, yoga on youtube, and free dance resources like for our kids.

Do you have any work from home and learn from home tips that have helped you out? What about hacks for set up, sticking to a schedule or staying active? We’d love to hear them – please comment below!
