As a “thank you” to our wonderful partners, C2G has created a Partner Spotlight Award program. This was created to help showcase the hard work and dedication put in by all our MMA accounts and C2G account managers.
Earning a Partner Spotlight Award takes some serious dedication. Each award is based on the level of engagement, year over year revenue growth, and breadth of products sold. We track customer success with a ranked dashboard highlighting each partner achievement. Each quarter we update the metrics to give all our partners a chance to continuously improve and rise in the rankings.
This quarter, we decided to celebrate partners who are dedicated to exceptional customer service. Luckily for us, we have so many high-quality partners that this is no easy task. After much debate and review we were finally able to identify this quarter’s winner -
Transource Computers, from Phoenix, AZ! Founded in 1984, Transource is a master system integrator that provides total solution integration with custom server, cluster, workstation, desktop and notebook computer systems. Transource primarily sells into state, local and federal accounts, with over 400,000 computer-related products.
Transource has worked with C2G for many years now, but noted they have transitioned a majority of their business to C2G over the past 5 years, thanks to their C2G account executive, Bill Henry. James Stewart, Business Development Manager at Transource, calls it a “great working relationship.”
“Bill shows a great deal of attention and makes it very easy to work with C2G. [He’s] very responsive and transparent which makes the sales process flow smoothly,” said Stewart. “Bill knows the products very well, I have yet to run into a question that he didn’t know right off the top of his head.”
Henry agrees with Stewart’s description of their working relationship, and even rates it as “exceptional.” Henry explained, “Over the years we have grown together to help assist their own end user technology requirements, while providing superior solutions with a personal touch of customer service, sales and support. Because we have built this long-lasting partnership, we are able to trust each other through our strong, hard-working rapport!”
When asked about their favorite part of working with C2G, Stewart replied, “We have a strong team supporting us on all our requests, fast turnaround for quotes and pricing. The newly implemented SPIFF program has really motivated us to not only sell C2G, but to go after cabling opportunities in general.”
Henry said he’s most appreciative of how welcoming the whole team is at Transource. “Whether I am on-site providing hands-on training sessions, or back in the office providing answers to technical questions, quotes or processing sales orders, I feel valued by each and every team member.”
